Research on Changes before and after Hemi-Sync® Exercises. By Angelou Maria and Vitori Athina Studio Soma Athens, GREECE

Purpose

Our goal was to explore possible changes in mental/spiritual and physical level in individuals who were exposed in Hemi-Sync® audio experience.

Introduction

Aiming to explore any changes that may occur for listeners of Hemi-Sync® audio technology we did a research among the participants of two Excursion Workshops who took place in Greece, with Maria Xifara and Ioulia Pitsouli as outreach facilitators. Each of this Excursion Workshop was combined with alternative vacation and thus extended for a period of 5 days. The first, with 24 participants, was held between the 21-25th June 2011 and the second between 26 – 30 June also with 24 participants. We asked for volunteers who would like to participate in our research and we had 100% response so we decided to choose randomly 16 participants from the first group (14 women – 2 men) ,5 participants (all women) from the second group and also 16 participants (13 woman-3 men) again from the second group that we used to calibrate the changes in the level of consciousness

Methodology

In this research we used muscle testing as our diagnostic tool. Muscle testing, was first used by the physiotherapists Kendal and Kendal in order to evaluate the neurological integrity of muscles around a joint. In the years to come the use of muscle testing as an evaluation tool has broaden and was used by many chiropractors, osteopaths and psychologists in order to diagnose imbalances in the structure, biochemistry or emotion of a person. The most recent development in the use of this tool was made by a psychiatrist, Dr. David Hawkings. In his book “Power vs Force” he uses muscle testing to determine whether a statement is true or not true, he also present the map of human consciousness on a scale from 1-1000 to determine the evolution of consciousness of human kind.In this research we used this scale to calibrate certain parameters of the mental/spiritual and physical condition of individuals before and after the application of Hemi-Sync®. We used four different statements that access different aspects of human expression:

• Consciousness
• Vital Energy
• Homeostasis
• Genetic Material

CONSCIOUSNESS

The first calibration was done on a sample of 16 people in the beginning and at the end of Excursion Workshop. We calibrated the level of consciousness of every person by asking the following question:

“On a scale from 1 to 1000 with 600 being enlightenment the level of consciousness of the person calibrates at …..”

According to the diagram we see that after the application of Hemi-Sync® the level of consciousness increased from 50 to 300 points.

VITAL ENERGY

In the second calibration we used three different parameters:

1. Vital energy
2. Homeostasis
3. Genetic material.

In this calibration we used two samples.
In the first sample we used 5 people and calibrated the same people every day.
In the second sample we calibrated 4 different people every day.

First Sample

We used 5 people that we calibrated at the beginning and at the end of each day.We calibrated the level of vital energy by asking the following question:

In the table we observe that the level of the vital energy of 5 people was quite low before the start of the seminar and during and after the end 4 of the 5 people were increasing in 1000 except for one that was slightly less rise in relation to the other .It is important to mention that this person is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.

HOMEOSTASIS

We calibrated the level of homeostasis by asking the following question:«On a scale from 1 to 1000 with 1000 being perfection for you your level of homeostasis calibrates at…»

In the table we observe that 4 out of 5 people had reach perfection except the one who suffered rheumatoid arthritis but as we can notice the level of her homeostasis increased significantly.

GENETIC MATERIAL

We calibrated the level of constitution of the genetic material by asking the following question:«On a scale from 1 to 1000 with 1000 being perfect for you, the level of constitution of genetic material calibrates at …»

In the table we observe that again 4 out of 5 people reached perfection except the one with rheumatoid arthritis. We can also notice that individual 5 had a considerable increase from 350 to 930 only after one day of applying Hemi-Sync®.

Second Sample

In this calibration we used 4 different people on each day. The calibrations were done at the beginning and at the end of each day. We used the same parameters as in the first sample.We calibrated the levels of vital energy asking the following question;

We calibrated the level of homeostasis asking the following question;

In the above tables we observe that all the individual reached perfection except individual 4 that suffers from psoriasis, in day 2.

Conclusion

According to the above results we come to the conclusion that the application of Hemi-Sync® can bring about considerable changes and can have a very positive impact on many levels in the human being.
